Microdosing Coaching Program
Evidence-informed microdosing coaching for creativity, flow, and performance. Guided protocols within a clinical framework, grounded in the THRIVE Model of Psychedelic Integration. Available nationwide via PSYPACT telehealth.
What Is Microdosing Coaching?
Microdosing refers to the practice of consuming very small, sub-perceptual amounts of a psychedelic substance on a structured schedule. Unlike full-dose psychedelic experiences, microdosing does not produce altered states of consciousness. Instead, individuals who microdose often report subtle shifts in creativity, emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and overall well-being over time. Research into the mechanisms and outcomes of microdosing is still emerging, but a growing body of preliminary evidence and clinical observation suggests it may hold meaningful potential for certain individuals.
Microdosing coaching at AHWI is a structured, clinician-guided program designed to help individuals approach microdosing with intentionality, safety, and accountability. Rather than offering medical prescriptions or supplying substances, our coaching program provides the clinical framework, psychoeducation, and ongoing support that transforms microdosing from a self-directed experiment into a purposeful practice aligned with your personal and professional goals.
Our program is grounded in the THRIVE Model of Psychedelic Integration, a six-dimensional framework developed by Dr. Ashvind N. Adkins Singh that addresses the full spectrum of human functioning: Therapeutic Processing, Holistic Well-Being, Relational Enrichment, Identity and Self-Concept, Vocational and Creative Growth, and Existential and Spiritual Exploration. This ensures that your microdosing practice is not treated in isolation, but integrated into a broader vision for healing and growth.
Our Approach
At AHWI, we do not view microdosing as a standalone intervention. We treat it as one component of a larger, intentional practice of self-development and well-being. Our microdosing coaching program is built on four clinical pillars that distinguish it from self-guided experimentation or unstructured wellness programs.
Each coaching engagement is facilitated by a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in psychedelic integration, ensuring that your experience is supported by genuine clinical expertise rather than general wellness advice.
Every microdosing protocol is mapped to the six dimensions of the THRIVE Model, connecting your practice to measurable outcomes across therapeutic, relational, vocational, and existential domains.
We work with you to define clear intentions before beginning any protocol. Whether your goals involve creative output, emotional resilience, or professional performance, your intentions shape every aspect of the program.
Using the THRIVE Microdosing Workbook, you will track dosing schedules, subjective experiences, mood patterns, and functional outcomes over time, creating a data-informed picture of what is working.
Regular coaching sessions provide space to process what arises, adjust protocols as needed, and ensure your microdosing practice remains aligned with your evolving goals and circumstances.
Who This Is For
Our microdosing coaching program serves individuals who want to explore microdosing within a responsible, clinically guided framework. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from this work. Many of our clients are high-functioning professionals seeking an edge in performance, creativity, or emotional clarity.
- Executives and entrepreneurs looking to enhance decision-making, creative problem-solving, and leadership presence
- Creative professionals seeking to move through blocks, access flow states, and deepen their artistic process
- Individuals exploring personal growth who want structured guidance on intention-setting, tracking, and long-term integration
- People navigating transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, or identity exploration who want a supported container for self-reflection
- Therapy clients integrating previous psychedelic experiences who are curious about microdosing as a complement to their ongoing therapeutic work
- Wellness-oriented individuals who are already microdosing on their own and want clinical oversight, accountability, and a structured protocol
Microdosing coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment. If you are currently managing a mental health condition, we will work collaboratively with your treatment team to determine whether microdosing coaching is appropriate for you.
What to Expect
Our microdosing coaching program follows a structured progression designed to build self-awareness, refine your practice, and support lasting integration. While the pace is tailored to each individual, most clients move through the following phases over an initial 8 to 12-week engagement.
We begin with a comprehensive intake that explores your goals, health history, current medications, and readiness for microdosing. Together, we establish clear intentions mapped to the six THRIVE dimensions and identify baseline measures for tracking your progress.
You will receive guidance on dosing schedules, journaling practices, and tracking tools, including the THRIVE Microdosing Workbook. We discuss the neuroscience of microdosing, harm reduction principles, and how to recognize both beneficial and adverse effects.
During the active microdosing phase, you meet regularly with your coach to review your workbook entries, process emerging insights, and make protocol adjustments. Sessions address what is arising across all six THRIVE dimensions, keeping your practice connected to your broader goals.
As you approach the end of the initial engagement, we review your progress across all tracked outcomes, consolidate what you have learned, and develop a plan for ongoing practice. Many clients continue with periodic check-ins to maintain accountability and deepen integration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you prescribe or provide psychedelic substances?
No. Our microdosing coaching program provides clinical guidance, psychoeducation, and structured support. We do not prescribe, supply, or facilitate access to any controlled substances. Clients who engage in microdosing do so independently and at their own discretion. Our role is to offer a responsible, evidence-informed framework for those who choose to explore this practice.
Is microdosing legal?
The legal status of psychedelic substances varies by jurisdiction and is evolving rapidly. Microdosing coaching itself is a lawful educational and coaching service. We encourage all clients to familiarize themselves with the laws in their state or country. During your intake, we can discuss the current regulatory landscape and help you make informed decisions.
How is this different from psychedelic-assisted therapy?
Psychedelic-assisted therapy, such as our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy program, involves clinician-administered full doses within a therapeutic session. Microdosing coaching focuses on sub-perceptual doses taken on a self-directed schedule, with ongoing clinical support for intention-setting, tracking, and integration. Both approaches are grounded in the THRIVE Model, but they serve different purposes and populations.
Can I do this if I am already in therapy?
Yes. Many clients participate in microdosing coaching alongside individual therapy. In fact, we encourage it. With your permission, we can coordinate with your therapist to ensure that your microdosing practice complements your therapeutic goals. If you are a current AHWI therapy client, your coaching can be integrated directly into your treatment plan.
Is this available via telehealth?
Yes. Dr. Singh is a PSYPACT-authorized provider, which means microdosing coaching sessions are available via secure telehealth to clients in 40+ states nationwide. In-person sessions are also available at our Charlottesville, Virginia office.
How do I get started?
The first step is to schedule a consultation. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether our microdosing coaching program is the right fit for you.
